Condominuim Interior Design: Earthy Elegance

AV Room was designed to be a cozy space where occupants can have a great bonding time with family. The TV feature with fabric upholstered panels helps to contribute to the atmosphere of comfort and makes it great for sound proofing. Painted ceiling in black with highlight that you have fiber optic can establish the special feel when it is already night time. 

First, the light brown floor tiles have been matched with a pure white recessed ceiling to emphasize the main patterns and features in between such as the light wood wall panels that showcase their natural grain perfectly. 

Illustrating the commitment to this aesthetic is the fact that the main social areas of the abode, which are all grouped in a large open area, features an earthy color scheme with a few accent colors added into the picture. 

The boy’s room stands out with the grey textured concrete-like painting on one wall, his wooden bed with three sides raised structure and bookshelf incorporated into it. Another feature coated to offer both individuality and utility is the matte black pegboard with a place to hang the occupant’s items. The white and brown shades are equalized for the master bedroom which uses fabric and glass in the interior to counteract the wooden floor and furniture. This was done by using beige upholstered panels to cover the stretch of wall behind the bed and wardrobe section of wall besides it which has black glass.
